Your knowledgeable guide will collect you from your Sydney hotel around 8:30am to commence your private tour of Sydney and its many highlights, including the picturesque Northern Beaches. Your day begins in the Sydney old town (The Rocks) and the Central Business District, where you'll hear about the settling of Sydney, its colonial convict history, as well as its transformation to a modern-day commercial hub. You will also visit Macquarie Street and the famed Mrs Macquarie's Chair for even more history and some prime views of the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. From here, it is time to escape the hustle and bustle, as you cross the Harbour Bridge, traveling through Northern Suburbs to the Northern Beaches Peninsula. Making your way across the lush Wakehurst Parkway, arrive at the coast at Warriewood Headland, where stunning views and delicious refreshments await. Next, follow the shoreline and enjoy ocean vistas before arriving at the Long Reef Headland. Here, stretch your legs as you walk to the lookout for even more coastal scenery. Continue to the suburb of Dee Why for a leisurely lunch at one of the local-favorite restaurants. Here, with stunning beach views, indulge in a delicious 1-course lunch of your choice off the menu, accompanied by a glass of beer, wine or soft drink. After lunch, take some time to enjoy a walk on the beach or perhaps take a dip in the ocean! Next, stop in at the iconic 4 Pines Brewery for a taste of some of the best local beers. The final stop of the day is in the well-known beach suburb of Manly, where a walk along the esplanade gives you the chance to soak in typical Sydney vibes, watching impromptu beach volleyball games or observing surfers as they conquer the waves. Upon the conclusion of your tour you will be transferred back to your hotel at approximately 5.00-5.30pm.

The Blue Mountains National Park is one of seven national parks that make up the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. This wonderland of sandstone outcrops, deep ravines, and hazy blue eucalypt forests boasts luxury retreats and stunning views. Today your guide will take you off the beaten track to visit remote lookout locations and discuss the history, flora and fauna of this magnificent region. Depart from the hotel with AEA Luxury Tours. Our first stop of the day is at Calmsley Hill a working farm also home to Kangaroo, Emu, Wombat and Koala. Enjoy morning tea and time to wander at leisure. From Calmsley Hill we continue to ascend the Blue Mountains via the highway. We will visit one of a range of stunning outlooks of the Jamison Valley seeing beautiful vistas. Where possible this will be away from the crowds of tours that visit the mountains each day with other operators, thus our guests will enjoy a stress and hurry free environment taking in the views and information imparted by their guide. Continuing on we arrive at Eaglehawk Lookout, a remote lookout point away from the crowds for views of the famous 3 Sisters. Whilst the Blue Mountains features so much more than this natural attraction you can't help but admire the unquestionable beauty of this amazing rock formation. The character of the Three Sisters changes throughout the day and throughout the seasons as the sunlight brings out the magnificent colours. Here your guide will discuss the legends behind this famous rock formation and time available for you to take some great photos. We then make our way around the mountain towards the village of Blackheath and our lunch venue the Hydro Majestic. Here in this relaxed venue with stunning views. We enjoy a 2 course lunch, food only. All diets are catered for (excluding Kosher Meals). Beverages can be purchased at your own expense from the Bar. The afternoon is spent visiting a selection of lookouts. Once you clap your eyes on the view from Govetts Leap you'll know why it's one of the most famous lookouts in Australia. The magnificent waterfall drops a whopping 180m to the base of the cliff. If you're not mesmerized by the dancing waves of water spray, you'll be transfixed by the sweeping views down the valley to the Grose Wilderness. We then stop briefly to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice at the delightful Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens our last stop, where we enjoy the sweeping views across to Sydney before travelling down the Bells Line of Road to arrive back at your hotel approximately 4.30 - 5.00pm.

After the pick-up from your city accommodation, you travel up Queen St, through Auckland's central business district, past Auckland University before a photo stop in the inner city park, known as The Domain. We continue on through the picturesque suburb of Ponsonby, known for its historic buildings, before heading over the Harbour Bridge to the North Shore. You stroll on Narrow Neck Beach in historic Devonport before continuing up to the summit of Mt Victoria where there are stunning panoramic views of Auckland city and the Waitemata Harbour. Then travel back over the Harbour Bridge to Westhaven Marina, one of the largest marinas in the Southern Hemisphere. In the afternoon, leave behind the bustle of Auckland city and head northwest to taste the flavours of Kumeu Wine Country, Auckland's Heritage Wine Region. Enjoy lunch at a contemporary vineyard restaurant, sample world renowned wines and marvel at the rugged surf-fringed coastline nearby. Your first stop is at Soljans Vineyard. Soljans has won many awards for their wines and they are also widely acknowledged in New Zealand as being an expert producer of methode traditionelle (bottle-fermented) sparkling wines. Next to tempt the taste buds is West Brook Winery. The West Brook cellar door looks across an idyllic duck pond and terraced picnic area to row after row of vines. The wines reflect true varietal character and their unique regional origins. Without exception they are premium quality and have won numerous awards. Next you visit one of the region's special places where (from August to mid April) you have the chance to see one of the world's largest seabirds in their natural environment. Your journey takes you to one of the few mainland gannet nesting sites in the world situated on the cliff-tops overlooking the Tasman Sea. Here you get a close-up of gannet behaviour without disturbing their environment. The views extend for miles along the wild, black sand beach of Muriwai. Your final tasting is at Coopers Creek vineyard which offers outstanding wines from New Zealand's best regions.
