Arrive to Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by scheduled flight (flight booked by agent or on own arrangements). You are met inside the Arrivals Hall by our representative and fast tracked to clear customs and immigration formalities. He will assist you to the transfer vehicle for your transfer to the hotel. Following breakfast and your safari briefing, you depart to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport. Fly by the exclusive SkySafari aeroplane to Amboseli National Park. You are met on arrival by the camp’s vehicle and provided a shared game drive en route to the camp arriving for lunch. After some time to enjoy the camp’s facilities, you have a shared afternoon game drive returning to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Tortilis Camp

Situated on the south western edge of the Amboseli National Park is Tortilis Camp. It overlooks its own private wildlife conservancy, away from the busy eastern side of Amboseli where guests experience a wild and private Amboseli. With Mt. Kilimanjaro peering down over the entire camp, each of Tortilis Camp's 16 tents has glorious and unrivalled views of Kilimanjaro, rising out of the semi-arid bush studded plains -- Africa's highest mountain, and the highest free standing mountain in the world. There is an abundance of game within the Amboseli ecosystem that concentrates during the dry season around the spring fed swamps of the park. These swamps, with sedge grass and stands of papyrus, provide an important food supply for the grazing species, especially buffalo and elephant.

Tortilis Camp

Start the day with a shared early morning game drive followed by a bush breakfast. Continue game viewing arriving at the camp at midday. Following lunch and time to enjoy the camp’s facilities, you head out for a guided bush walk. Then head to a lookout point for a scenic sundowner. You have a private dinner at the camp and overnight

Loisaba Tented Camp

Early morning bush walk with traditional Samburu guides. You return to the camp for breakfast and then have the rest of the morning at leisure. Following lunch at the camp, visit the anti-poaching sniffer dog team and depart on a game drive. Sundowners are enjoyed in the bush followed by dinner under the stars at the camp. Overnight.

Poised on a rocky kopje, the Loisaba Star Beds command sweeping views over an undulating valley and a permanent waterhole, frequented by resident wildlife. Situated on a secluded and picturesque site, Sand River Masai Mara replicates the heyday of exclusive permanent tented camps of the late 1920's. The interior fixtures and furnishings mirror this period perfectly, reminding all who visit of those countless Hollywood movies that have paid homage to a classic era of African adventure. Sand River Masai Mara comprises of 16-tented accommodations - including 1 family tent - each divided into two separate but adjoining campsites, with each area possessing its own designated dining and public areas, thereby creating an increased sense of exclusivity and privacy.

Sand River Masai Mara

Early morning shared transfer in the balloon company vehicle to the balloon staging site. You meet the pilot who provides a safety briefing while the crew inflate the hot air balloon. At sunrise, your shared hot air balloon lifts off over the African plains. At times, your pilot will ascend to a higher altitude to give you an overview of the ecosystem. Then you descend to treetop level to silently observe the wildlife from above. After about 50 minutes, you land and are met by the balloon staff to transport you to your shared bush breakfast. You then return to your camp or lodge. Please note that the cost is NOT included in the main quotation and shown separately. You have an early start with a shared game drive arriving at your secluded bush breakfast. You then game view as you return to the camp for time at leisure and lunch. In the afternoon, you have your final shared game drive followed by sundowners in the bush. You enjoy a farewell dinner under the stars and overnight at the camp.

You then transfer to Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight (flight booked by agent or on own arrangements). End of our services.
