Prices are "from" per person based on twin/double share accommodation and for travel in low season. Seasonal surcharges and blackout dates may apply. On arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta Airport, you will be met by local representative and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

The House of Waine is an 11 bedroom luxury boutique hotel set on 25 acres that blends the elegance of gracious living with the spirit of modern Africa in an exclusive and serene setting. Guests are provided with an experience that exceeds all expectations of city hotels, and is punctuated by personalised, friendly and excellent service and cuisine, all in beautiful surroundings.

After breakfast you will commence the exploration of Nairobi with a visit to the Giraffe Centre which is a non profit making organization whose main objective is conservation education for school children and youth in Kenya. It is home to Rothchild's giraffe and it is here that one can feed them from a raised platform. Thereafter you will visit Daphne Sheldrick orphanage which also plays large part in conservation. Daphne Sheldrick is involved in rescue and rehabilitation of elephants. The project has seen over 150 infant elephants successfully hand raised. Tour is a perfect chance to see baby elephants being fed by human beings and quite a joy to watch. Thereafter, enjoy lunch at a city restaurant. After lunch you will drive for slightly over two hours to the floor of great Rift Valley with a brief stop at Rift Valley view point for a glimpse of what is over 6000km running from Asia to Mozambique. It is a sight to behold and from here the guide will point various attractions found on the floor of the rift valley. After enjoying this superb view, proceed to your lodge. Distance - 100kms - 1.5hrs

Great Rift Valley Lodge enjoys one of humankind's oldest views - over the sweeping floor of the world's largest valley. The lodge sits at about 7,000 feet, from which elevation it enjoys magnificent views to the west and east. The vistas stretch from the sparkling waters of Lake Naivasha to the jagged volcanic crater of Mount Longonot and, beyond, the sloping shoulders of the Aberdare Mountains - Kenya's most important watershed.

Great Rift Valley Lodge

Your full day will be spent in Lake Naivasha. Several family friendly activities have been scheduled. In the morning the resident naturalist will take the family out on a bird walk with the idea of teaching children in important birding skills, habitats and contribution of the birds to the ecosystem. Thereafter, each child will get to plant their own tree to aid in afforestation and the benefits that come with this. Lunch will be served at the lodge. Later this afternoon, the children will be offered one free golf class on one of the most beautiful courses in Africa.

After breakfast, drive to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy which has played a critical role in conservation of endangered species like Black Rhinos. It is also home to the only Chimpanzee Sanctuary in Kenya. In the afternoon enjoy a game drive in the conservancy. Distance - 300kms - 5hrs

It's location in a private conservancy with a higher wildlife-to-area ratio than any of Kenya's national parks makes Sweetwaters Serena Camp one of the most exclusive tented safari camps in Kenya. A sheltered oasis, clustered around a water hole and set in the pristine calm of the private Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Sweetwaters Serena Camp offers a charming blend of under-canvas ambiance and Kenyan safari luxury. Located on the plains of Mount Kenya, the camp features thirty-nine luxury tents, each with its own private veranda overlooking the water hole.

Enjoy an afternoon 4 x 4 game drive with an expert guide from the Samburu tribe. Distance - 200kms - 3.5hrs

Today fly from Samburu to Masai Mara and transfer to Mara Intrepids Camp. The camp enjoys prime location along the Talek River for the wildebeest migration between August and October. During the rest of the year, the camp offers some of the finest game viewing with large local populations of plains game, elephants, rhinos, buffalos and all the big cats. Embark on an afternoon game drive.
